Legendary Blues Musician to Perform at Museum Benefit

On Friday, October 3, legendary Blues musician Bobby “Blue” Bland will perform at Red, White & The Blues, an outdoor concert and benefit hosted by Polk Museum of Art. The event will take place at the Lake Mirror Amphitheater from 6pm until 11pm.

Family Day Features Free Frontier Themed Activities

On September 20, Polk Museum of Art will host its annual Family Day. From 10am - 4pm, Museum visitors will be able to enjoy free admission to most of the Museum and free, family friendly fun.

Summer Hours at PMoA

Effective June 15 through August 31, 2008, Polk Museum of Art will institute new hours for the summer. The new hours will be Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am - 4:00pm. The Museum will be closed to the public on Sunday and Monday.

Digital Art Exhibition at PMoA

On Saturday, May 24, Polk Museum of Art will open an exhibition that explores how Florida artists are using digital technology to either totally create, or assist in creating, their artwork.
